Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your SEESE Cordless Pressure Washer, you may request a return and refund under the terms detailed below.
1. 30-Day Return Period
You have a period of 30 calendar days from the physical receipt of your package to return your order and request a full refund, regardless of your statutory cancellation rights.
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The machine, battery, charger, hose, nozzles, and manuals must be returned complete.
- All items must be returned inside their original protective hard carrying storage case.
- The product must show no signs of heavy wear, physical damage, or abuse. Washers must be flushed clean of mud/dirty water before return shipping.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or received damaged, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We advise using a tracked postal service with insurance corresponding to the value of the equipment.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our logistics center, we will email you to confirm receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original bank card or payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
