Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "TCS") govern the contractual relationship between Omni Home SAS, with a share capital of €10,000, registered in Nanterre under registration number 928 349 102 (hereinafter "the Seller" or "Omni Home"), and any individual or legal entity purchasing a product or service on the website shopomnihome.com (hereinafter "the Client" or "the Buyer").

1. Object and Scope

These TCS apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded by the Seller to commercial buyers (B2B) or consumers (B2C) wishing to acquire the products offered for sale on the site (specifically the SEESE Cordless Pressure Washer, accessories, and spare parts).

These TCS are accessible at all times on the site and prevail over any other document or purchase conditions of the Client. The validation of the order by the Client implies the unreserved acceptance of these TCS.

2. Product Specifications and Orders

The Client selects on the site the product(s) they wish to order. The detailed description, technical specifications, and prices of the products are presented on the product sheets. Photos are illustrative only.

The ordering process includes:

• Selecting the product and adding it to the cart.
• Validating the cart, checking quantities and options.
• Providing identification, billing, and delivery information.
• Expressly accepting these TCS and the Return Policy via a mandatory checkbox.
• Selecting the payment method and clicking the payment validation button.

The sale will only be considered final after the dispatch to the Buyer of the order acceptance confirmation by the Seller via email and the receipt of the full price by the Seller.

3. Prices and Financial Terms

Prices of the products are indicated in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. The prices include standard delivery to the United Kingdom, unless stated otherwise.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Buyer.

4. Payment Conditions and Stripe Security

The price is payable in full on the day of the order by the Buyer. Payments are made by bank card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or via Apple Pay and are managed exclusively by the secure platform of our payment partner Stripe.

All bank transactions are securely encrypted (SSL/TLS 256-bit) and processed in strict compliance with PCI-DSS security standards. The Seller does not store or process any raw banking details. The Buyer expressly authorizes the Seller to charge their card for the total amount of the validated order.

5. Retention of Title Clause

THE SELLER RETAINS EXCLUSIVE OWNERSHIP OF THE SOLD PRODUCTS UNTIL FULL PAYMENT OF THE PRICE IN PRINCIPAL, FEES, AND TAXES.

The transfer of risk of loss and damage to the products is realized upon delivery (physical delivery of the package or pallet to the Buyer or their carrier).

6. Delivery and Receipt

Deliveries are made within the United Kingdom. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the confirmation of the order. Given the weight and high value of the equipment (such as the SEESE Washer), delivery may be made on a pallet or heavy parcel by a professional courier.

The Client is required to inspect the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered products in the presence of the carrier and, if necessary, write precise and detailed reservations on the carrier's delivery note.

7. Right of Cancellation and Returns

7.1 Consumer Clients (B2C)

Consumer clients have a period of 14 calendar days from the physical receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal/cancellation without justification, with the exception of return shipping costs, which remain their sole responsibility.

Products must be returned in their original condition, complete (accessories, manual) and in their sealed original packaging, allowing them to be sold as new. Returns of washers that have been used with mud or dirty water and show heavy signs of usage cannot be returned for quality and safety reasons.

7.2 Business Clients (B2B)

The right of cancellation is not applicable to contracts concluded in B2B (between professionals). Any order placed by a legal or natural entity acting within the framework of their professional activity is final, firm, and cannot be returned or cancelled.

8. Warranties

Consumer clients benefit from legal conformity warranties. For business clients, the warranty is limited to 1 year on parts and labor, excluding damages resulting from abnormal use or failure to follow the manual instructions.

9. Applicable Law

These TCS and the resulting sales are governed by the applicable laws. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
