Thank you for purchasing your cleaning equipment from our store. This Shipping Policy details the logistics processing and delivery conditions for your orders.

1. Shipping Destination & Cost

We deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom. Standard tracked delivery is 100% free for all orders (including the SEESE Cordless Pressure Washer bundle, batteries, and accessories). There are no hidden packaging or transit fees.

2. Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the validation of the payment. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

3. Transit & Delivery Times

After dispatch, the standard shipping transit time to destinations in the UK is 3 to 5 business days. Given the size and value of the package, the courier might contact you via SMS or phone to arrange a delivery window.

4. Delivery Issues & Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that shows visible signs of damage, or if items are missing, please note these issues on the carrier's receipt form and contact us immediately at contact@shopomnihome.com. We will organize a replacement package at no additional cost to you.
